Great Oak Equine Assisted Programs

At Great Oak we change lives.  Our programs are the catalyst for unbridled personal growth and awareness.  We share our knowledge to empower individuals and their families.

Veterans interested in volunteering with Great Oak will find a variety of opportunities from one time experiences to a regular commitment working along side of our participants and horses.  Veterans may also find maintaining our 40-acre farm to be a rewarding experience.

PATH Certified Instructors teach equitation and horsemanship to improve balance, coordination and promote strength.  Participants will find that equine interaction will also benefit concentration and social interaction.
